Arden Margulis is a freelance writer for The Almanac. Arden was a journalist at Menlo-Atherton High School's student newspaper, the M-A Chronicle, for two years where he focused on government and breaking news reporting. In his time at the M-A Chronicle, Arden won First Place News Writing from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association, First Place News Story from Santa Clara University, and was a finalist for Writer of the Year from the National Scholastic Press Association. He is a freshman at Skyline College.
